    My Background

I was born and raised in Indonesia. I moved to the United States in my late teen-early adulthood due to political turmoil and monetary crisis in my home country. I fluently speak Indonesian, Sundanese, and English. I am currently learning Spanish. As someone with multicultural background (Chinese Dutch Indonesian) married to a Latino, I know that our cultural lenses shape our world view and influence how we function.

Through my personal struggles during tumultuous time, I have learned that having the right mindset and winning attitude can determine the trajectory of our life. While we cannot change the past, we all have choice on how to respond to our circumstances adaptively and effectively.

I am excited to share that I am one of the hosts for Psychs With Mics at KPPQ-LP Ventura 104.1 FM. The website link is https://capsmedia.org/  (Monday is 10 am PST, Tuesday 7 am PST, Thursday 9 am PST). Additionally, you can download myTuner Radio app and listen to us where ever you are.

    Mission Statement

I am a Clinical Psychologist and Certified Addiction Treatment Counselor. I see nurses and doctors who struggle with alcohol/drug when they hit rock bottom as their stage of addiction has already been costing their life and career.

Witnessing how alcoholism destroys the life of people who devote their career and life to help others breaks my heart! I often wished I could help them sooner when alcohol use was a bad habit that could be reversed. Breaking a bad habit is already hard as is, dealing with alcoholism is much harder.

I believe intervention is much cheaper than intervention! I believe overdrinking habits can be moderated and prevented from becoming a full-blown alcoholism. Health care professionals are humans who also have struggles, tremendous stress, and they deserve as much care and help as they give us when we need them.

One condition that could be a barrier for seeking help sooner is the concern of having a clinical record that can be used against their license. So, I decided to create a coaching program that can help nurses and doctors to overcome overdrinking habits without clinical record.

My mission is to help health care professionals to confidently overcoming overdrinking and resetting their relationship with alcohol quickly, effectively, and without clinical record.

Let me support you through discomfort and walk alongside your journey into new, exciting and purposeful change.

    Coaching Philosophy

It is my belief that strong alliance is essential in providing a transformative coaching experience in the process of winning life. I am very hopeful that you can and will get better when you learn in a safe, warm, fun, and non-judgmental environment.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change”
    -Carl Rogers

Let’s get started. Let’s start Winning. Cheers to your success!
